DESCRIPTION:
Located at the northern end of the busy Myung-dong district in downtown Seoul, this boutique serves as a showroom/shop for a necktie designer and his brand of neckties.
Conceived as a sleek white volume inserted into a narrow lot, visibility and clarity was the key concept in its design.  Incorporating frameless glass windows and a constrasting black and white interior palette, pedestrians are visually lured to the bright and minimal interior that stands out from the busy street facade.
